Preferred Residences by Interval International Adds New Affiliate

Preferred Residences, the all-luxury exchange program offered by Interval International, has added a new upscale property to its catalogue. The Fives Beach Residences at Playa del Carmen will now be available for exchange for Preferred Residences members, offering a new ultra-luxurious exchange option in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Similar to The Registry Collection by RCI, Interval’s high-end timeshare exchange program focuses on providing a resource for those looking to trade impeccable real estate interests. Members of the exchange network can facilitate exchanges with affluent properties and take advantage of unique perks like preferential pricing and annual golf club memberships.

Marcos Agostini, the executive vice president of global sales and business development for Interval International spoke to the purpose of the Preferred Residences exchange network and the importance of working with Joaquin Serna, an owner of the Fives Beach Residences’ parent company, TM Real Estate:
