RiverWalk Resort at Loon Earns ARDA Excellence Award

The RiverWalk Resort at Loon, one of New Hampshire’s most prestigious properties, earned an award for excellence at the annual ARDA awards last March. The ACE Domestic Project of Excellence Award is given to exceptional timeshare properties that focus on efficient design, sustainability, impact on local communities, and day-to-day operations.
Nominated for the award by their affiliated exchange partner, RCI, the RiverWalk Resort at Loon and its developer, Dennis Ducharme, accepted the award at the event’s final banquet on March 29th. According to Todd Menendez, the vice president of business development for RCI, the award reflects the exceptional quality of the property.

The six-story Riverwalk Resort at Loon is perched above the banks of the Pemigewasset River in New Hampshire’s popular mountain destination of Lincoln. Ducharme, who is also the president of InnSeason Resorts, spoke to the significance of the distinction bestowed upon the resort during the ARDA awards:
