RCI Gold Crown Awards Given to Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences

Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences received numerous 2018 Gold Crown awards from the world’s leading external exchange company, Resorts Condominiums International (RCI). These were given at Hacienda Tres Ríos by CEO of Sunset World, Orlando Arroyo.
A leader in the vacation club sectors of the Mexican Caribbean, Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences has received a variety of awards of the years. At this particular ceremony, Hacienda Tres Rios Resorts, Spa & Nature Park, Sunset Royal Beach Resort, Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club, and Sunset Fishermen Beach Resort all received RCI Gold Crown awards.
Sunset Fishermen Beach Resort also received the Excellence in Service and Premier All Inclusive awards this year.
RCI Gold Crown awards are given to RCI-affiliated developments based on positive feedback from partners and guests. Members that visit the various hotels answer a satisfaction survey based on five quality criteria. This includes registration and exit areas, the quality of attention and hospitality, employee service and professionalism, variety and quality of food, general facility maintenance, and cleanliness of the rooms.
