Marriott Vacations Worldwide has announced that it has been recognized as a 2019 Aon Best Employer across eight countries. The Best Employers certification recognizes employer excellence across the globe. It evaluates employee opinions to measure leadership quality, talent focus, organizational agility, and employee engagement.

The eight countries Marriott Vacations Worldwide was recognized in include Australia, France, Indonesia, Ireland, Spain, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Marriott Vacations Worldwide also achieved an 80% overall engagement score.
