Welk Resorts to Manage Eagle Point Vacation Community in Colorado

Welk Resort is now managing Eagle Point Vacation Community in Vail, Colorado. This 54-unit, four-season rental property has been acquired by Welk Resort from East West Hospitality. This officially went into effect on November 16, 2019.

Welk Resorts is also working to open its newest development, The Ranahan by Welk Resorts, located in Breckenridge, CO. This will bring the number of Welk Resorts to seven.

Eagle Point is located just two minutes from Vail’s Cascade Village ski lift and overlooks Gore Creek.
