Four Sunset World Group Resorts Receive 2021 RCI Awards

Sunset World Group continues to prove its value in the vacation ownership industry with four of its most beloved resorts receiving RCI (Resort Condominiums International) awards for 2021.
Hacienda Tres Rios, Sunset Fisherman, Sunset Marina, and Sunset Royal all took home the RCI Gold Crown awards for last year, with Sunset Marina and Sunset Royal also being awarded the Excellence in Service and All-Inclusive Premier awards. All four of these resorts have received the Gold Crown award each year since their respective openings.
The Excellence in Service award is determined by the outstanding services provided by staff to vacationers while the All-Inclusive Premier award is for high-quality gastronomy. These awards are given out based on the results of surveys provided to guests after their stays. Hospitality, cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, amenities, and services are all taken into consideration in these surveys. The results for the 2021 awards were conducted from September 2020 to September 2021.
Gold Crown awards are determined by RCI’s standards for exceptional quality and services with the Service Excellence award only being given to the properties with the highest scores.
