Hilton Grand Vacations Earns Great Place to Work Certification

Hilton Grand Vacations is proud to announce that the company has been certified as a Great Place to Work in 2022. This converted award recognizes companies that provide excellent workplace cultures and team member experiences. It’s given based on a research-backed survey where team members offer their anonymous opinions about the company.

The survey showered that 81-percent of Hilton Grand Vacations employees state that the company is a great place to work. That is 24 points higher than the average United States company.

In the survey, HGV also received high marks for inclusivity, with 88-percent of employees saying they were made to feel welcome and 85-percent saying they feel comfortable being themselves in the workplace. Additionally, 86-percent of team members stated that they are proud to tell others that they work for Hilton Grand Vacations.
