Newsweek has just released its list of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families” and Hilton Grand Vacations is the only vacation ownership company to make the list. HGV was honored for its culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits. The company was awarded four out of five stars.

The list is based on this survey and on a sample set of over 36,000 respondents. The respondents are parents or single parents who work in the U.S. for companies that employ at least 1,000 employees.
