Hyatt Announces Plans for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

The Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, a hotel and residences development. The property is expected to open in 2021 and will be the first Andaz brand hotel in the Caribbean. It will be developed by Vista Development Ltd. of Pronet Capital, LLC and will sit on 5.5 acres on the famous Grace Bay Beach.
