Disney Vacation Club Offering Disney Timeshare Giveaway

We are sharing with you news about the “Getaway Your Way” Sweepstakes offered by Disney Vacation Club. The winner receives a timeshare vacation that Disney timeshare describes as a sample membership. Best of all, the vacation destination is one of the most popular and in-demand resorts in the Disney Vacation Club collection: Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas at Disney World, Orlando, Florida.

Now just to be clear up front, if you enter, you will be contacted by Disney Vacation Club for the purpose of marketing Disney timeshare to you. You don’t have to make a purchase of any kind to enter or win and doing so wouldn’t increase your odds of winning. However, you do have to be 18 years of age or older and a resident of any US state except Nevada (this contest is void in Nevada) or a resident of the District of Columbia, or the Canadian Province of Alberta or Ontario (“Territory”). Participants who register in the contest gain their vacation points through the acquisition of virtual vacation points earned by playing an online board game. The entry to the contest began at 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time on November 1, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on January 31, 2013.

One grand prize will be awarded of a Disney Vacation Club Getaways Sample Membership. This is a non-transferable vacation contract with Disney Vacation Club. In Disney’s own words, here’s how this works, “The Disney timeshare contract entitles the winner to the use of the number of Vacation Points equivalent to the number of Points accumulated, or otherwise eligible for, from a minimum of 160 to a maximum of 500 through participation in the Sweepstakes, per year (“Vacation Point Allotment”) for three (3) years. The Contract and the right to the use of the Vacation Point Allotment terminate two (2) years and 364 days after the date of Contract execution (“Contract Term”).”
