Breckenridge Grand Vacations to Expand Grand Colorado on Peak 8
Wednesday, September 28, 2016
Colorado-based timeshare developer Breckenridge Grand Vacations recently announced plans to expand their popular Grand Colorado on Peak 8 resort. A third building on the resort’s grounds will begin construction in the spring of 2017, and will add more than 50 two-bedroom condo units to the luxury Breckenridge resort.
The new building at the resort will occupy 22,000 square feet. In addition to providing extra accommodations, guests will also find a number of guest services and amenities available at the building, such as a coffee shop, an outdoor ice skating rink, kiddie pools, outdoor hot tubs, and more. An enclosed walkable bridge will connect the new building to the existing two.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations worked with Vail Resorts to accommodate the newest update to their resort. Mike Dudick, Owner and CEO of Breckenridge Grand Vacations, said:
“We are happy to once again have worked closely with Vail Resorts. We truly value the relationship between our two organizations and are appreciative of the trust and confidence they have put in Breckenridge Grand Vacations to deliver an amazing experience for the guest.”
Dudick continued to add:
“With the completion of the core of the Peak 8 base area, we believe Breckenridge will provide a ski and guest experience in North America that is second to none and we’re excited to be part of that.”
