Timeshare giant Hilton Grand Vacations has entered into an agreement with Mori Trust to develop the brand’s first dedicated timeshare resort in the Japanese market. Apple Leisure Group (ALG) is developing two new resorts in St. Lucia, a country previously untouched by the company. St.Lucia is the ninth country in ALG’s growing network, which also includes properties in other Caribbean countries, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama. Apple Leisure Group has 16 new resorts planned to be completed by 2019—creating a network of 60 total resorts.
