Resort Travel & Exchange (RTX), a vacation exchange company, and the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA), an organization formed to educate owners and potential owners about vacation timeshares, will renew their partnership, according to RTX.

Timeshare giant Hilton Grand Vacations has entered into an agreement with Mori Trust to develop the brand’s first dedicated timeshare resort in the Japanese market. Dubbed the Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort, the mixed-use property will feature a Hilton-branded hotel as well as a specific facility for Hilton Grand Vacations Club members. [Read more…]

Apple Leisure Group (ALG) is developing two new resorts in St. Lucia, a country previously untouched by the company. St.Lucia is the ninth country in ALG’s growing network, which also includes properties in other Caribbean countries, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama. Apple Leisure Group has 16 new resorts planned to be completed by 2019—creating a network of 60 total resorts.
