For the eighth year in a row, the United States timeshare industry has seen growth. This study and information is from the State of the Vacation Timeshare Industry: United States Study 2018 Edition, and is conducted by EY for the ARDA International Foundation (AID). In 2017, sales volume increased nearly four percent to $9.6 billion. Average occupancy rate was over 81 percent as well.

Resort Travel & Xchange (best known as RTX), is celebrating a company milestone at 2018 ARDA World at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. This event started yesterday, May 6th, and goes to May 10th. This vacation ownership exchange company will be going to ARDA World as both an exhibitor and patron sponsor for the fifth consecutive year.

The American Resort Development Association, known as ARDA, will be hosting ARDA World 2018 on May 6-10 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. This annual global timeshare convention is expecting nearly 2,000 guests from 35 different countries that work in all areas of the vacation ownership industry.
