The Fort Myer’s-based Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina has officially received “Best Stress-Free Family Holiday” from the Amadeus Travel Experience Awards in London. The awards ceremony, hosted by World Travel Market (WTM) presented this award for the first time, with the help of the Lee County VCB (Visitor & Convention Bureau).
World Travel Market is an annual exhibition for the travel and tourism industry. This year the WTM was held in London’s Exhibition and Convention Center to an impressive crowd. Over 48,000 travel and timeshare industry professionals, media representatives, and industry-related politicians attended the exhibition.
