HGVC Announces New Hilton Head Timeshare Resort

Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Strand Capital Group have announced plans for a new timeshare resort in Hilton Head Island.

Strand Capital Group will assist Hilton Grand Vacations Club in the development of the new resort, which will offer a variety of timeshare ownership options.

HGVC Hokulani Waikiki Receives LEED Certified Status

It’s been a year since the Hilton Grand Vacations Club opened the doors to the Hokulani Waikiki timeshare resort, and in that time the resort has received much praise for its sustainable practices. Most recently, the Hokulani Waikiki earned a LEED certification for its eco-friendly design, operations, and construction procedures.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Acquires Former Maui Lu Resort

Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) has announced that the former Maui Lu resort will be redeveloped into an HGVC timeshare resort.

With the help of the Capbridge Group, a subsidiary of Capbridge Pacific LLC, the timeshare company has purchased the 28-acre property in Kihei, Maui. The Capbridge Group will break ground on the timeshare resort in 2015 and open in 2017.

The venture will cost an estimated $300 Million and is the Capbridge Group’s first project in Hawaii. The new resort will also become HGVC’s first location in Maui.
