Disney Vacation Club timeshare ownership will soon be an option at Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. A permit was filed for the project in December 2019, and it’s continuing to move forward with the new demolition and construction permit granted to the site, even despite temporary park closures. Marriott Vacations Worldwide has just announced its plan to bring a new vacation ownership property to Waikiki. In their proposal, the company outlines a seven-story building on Honolulu’s south shore which will feature a mix of around 110 studio and one-bedroom accommodations and two floors of retail space. Amenities for the resort will include a pool, a fitness center, a bar, and a 10,000-square-foot on-site sales gallery. [Read more…]
