Marriott Vacation Club has officially opened their first resort property in Costa Rica. Marriott Vacation Club at Los Sueños resort is located on the 1,110-acre master planned community of Los Sueños Resort and Marina and is situated along Costa Rica’s Green Coast between Herradura Bay and the rainforest. This is the first Marriott Vacation Club branded resort in Central America.

Marriott Vacation Club has just announced that reservations will begin for a proposed new resort in Costa Rica in January 2021. This new resort, Marriott Vacation Club at Los Sueños, will be the first in Central America for the brand and will feature 24 two-bedroom lock-off villas and many luxurious offerings and amenities.

Marriott Vacation Club has announced its latest proposed resort and sales gallery to be located in Costa Rica. This new property is set to be located in the community of Los Sueños Resort and Marina and the Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort complex and will feature 24 two-bedroom lockout villas. The goal is to welcome Owners and guests once the company complete the acquisition of the finished units in early 2021.
