Disney has planned major renovations for a number of its resorts in 2016, starting with the Vero Beach Resort. The resort opened in 1995 as Disney Vacation Club’s first timeshare development outside of the Orlando area. This year marks a huge milestone for Disney Vacation Club (DVC), celebrating its 25th anniversary. The established vacation ownership brand first debuted in 1991 and now has over 200,000 member families from all 50 states and approximately 100 countries.
