Lincolnshire Marriott to Undergo $22 Million Renovation

Mount Prospect hotel management company and Bricton Group joined together to purchase Marriott Lincolnshire Resort for $20 million and have plans for a $22 million renovation. The renovation will include a total rehab of the 389-rooms, common areas, meeting space, theater, and most likely the hotel’s restaurant, King’s Wharf. [Read more…]
