Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort is officially welcoming guests to their brand new Sea Spa at Land’s End after months of planning and work. This new addition to the Los Cabos resort is just one of the multiple enhancements being made during the third and final phase of development to be completed later this year.

Orange Lake Resorts, part of the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand, just opened 27 Signature Collection villas as part of their expansion at South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The construction for these rich villas began in November of 2014, and just finished this past May. With the addition of the units, South Beach Resort now has a total of 283 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas within walking distance from Myrtle Beach’s beautiful sandy beaches.

The timeshare market research website, Sharket.com, has just released its list of the “Top 25 Orlando Timeshare Resorts for 2016.”
The rankings for this list are based on actual resales and shows how well timeshares are doing at specific resorts based on who is buying them on the resale market.

Just reported this morning, Diamond Resorts International has agreed to be bought by private equity firm Apollo Global Management LLC for $2.2 billion dollars.
Apollo will pay $30.25 per share—a 26% premium over Diamond’s closing share price Tuesday. This offer is 58% more than Diamond Resorts’ closing share price on February 24th. At that time, the company had said they were exploring strategic alternatives for growth.
