Roger B. Kennedy Construction company officially began a $24 million dollar project at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida. The building to be constructed is Building 70—an eight-story, 80-unit timeshare building. Kennedy Construction has done $300 million worth of projects at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa and Westgate Resort in Kissimmee to date.

Leading external exchange company, RCI, has recently added eleven new hotels in China to its vast network of affiliated properties. This was made possible through an affiliation agreement with Frontier Vacation Club, a part of Days Hotel China. With these new additions, RCI’s network now contains nearly 70 China properties.
