The timeshare market research website, Sharket.com, has just released its list of the “Top 25 Orlando Timeshare Resorts for 2016.”
The rankings for this list are based on actual resales and shows how well timeshares are doing at specific resorts based on who is buying them on the resale market.

Roger B. Kennedy Construction company officially began a $24 million dollar project at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida. The building to be constructed is Building 70—an eight-story, 80-unit timeshare building. Kennedy Construction has done $300 million worth of projects at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa and Westgate Resort in Kissimmee to date.

Three major theme parks in Central Florida have decided to increase security measures with the installation of metal detectors at the park’s entrances today. Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Orlando will now require park guests to adhere to this extra precaution before entering the parks. This also extends outside of Orlando to California where the same measures will be put in place in Disneyland and Universal Studios Hollywood. [Read more…]
