They will be buying a portion of the City Place Hotel next to the famed Gateway Arch to convert into high-end apartments, hotel rooms, and timeshare accommodations.

In 2022, a new Disney Resort is set to open on Bay Lake between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
