Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has just announced that their popular after hours event, Moonlight Magic, will be returning in 2019 for their DVC members. Dates have also been announced and the booking dates are now posted so that guests can start planning.

Revealed by Bob Chapek at Destination D, the new Magic Kingdom area resort is officially named “Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge.” This nature-inspired resort is set to open in the year 2022.
Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge will feature over 900 hotel room as well as Disney Vacation Club villas for owners to enjoy. It is going to be built on the site of the former River Country water park, right on the shores of Bay Lake and next to Fort Wilderness.

In 2022, a new Disney Resort is set to open on Bay Lake between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. This nature-inspired, mixed-use resort will be added to the list of Disney World construction, which includes three other resorts and over 1,700 new hotel rooms and Disney Vacation Club villas. While the southern coast of the United States prepares for Hurricane Florence to hit later this week, many resorts are already taking measures of precaution. Disney Vacation Club has just announced that the Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort will temporarily close ahead of the storm.
