In a joint effort, Orange Lake Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group announced plans to brand a third location, Apple Mountain Resort, from Orange Lake Resorts’ Silverleaf Resorts portfolio with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® logo. Holiday Inn Club Vacations® by Orange Lake Resorts has announced that they will build a new tower at their South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The new addition will feature eight two-bedroom villas, twelve three-bedroom villas, and seven four-bedroom “Signature Collection” villas. Managing the project is the Dargan Construction Company, based in South Carolina. [Read more…]

Today, Orange Lake Resorts announced that they have purchased Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. through their parent company, Orange Lake Holdings.
Silverleaf Resorts, Inc., an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., operates 13 timeshare resorts across the U.S. Although their headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas, Silverleaf offers resorts in six states including Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Missouri. [Read more…]

This week, InterContinental Hotels Group announced that they have finished the $15 Million renovation at the Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay.
During the improvements, Holiday Inn upgraded their guest rooms, ocean-front lobby, and restaurants. The Montego Bay resort offers four restaurants with various types of cuisine including: Caribbean, Italian, Japanese, and seafood. [Read more…]
