Marriott Vacations Worldwide has just announced its plan to bring a new vacation ownership property to Waikiki. In their proposal, the company outlines a seven-story building on Honolulu’s south shore which will feature a mix of around 110 studio and one-bedroom accommodations and two floors of retail space. Amenities for the resort will include a pool, a fitness center, a bar, and a 10,000-square-foot on-site sales gallery. [Read more…]
