Welk Resorts has recently acquired the management contract for The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico from Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This transaction was officially effective on January 1, 2020.

Jack Nicklaus, legendary golfer and golf course designer, has just launched a new residence club with its first phase set to open throughout The Bahamas.
The first two locations of the Jack Nicklaus Residence Club program will include 36 on Paradise Island and Ocean Terrace on West Bay Street.
