Welk Resort is now managing Eagle Point Vacation Community in Vail, Colorado. This 54-unit, four-season rental property has been acquired by Welk Resort from East West Hospitality. This officially went into effect on November 16, 2019.

On June 7, 2018, the Welk Resorts team broke ground on their newest addition in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado: The Ranahan by Welk Resorts. Phase I is expected to be completed in late 2019. Welk Resorts’ Platinum Program proudly returns to the global leader in vacation exchange network, RCI. This new affiliation agreement brings benefits to both businesses. Welk Resorts will be adding five new affiliated properties to the RCI vacation resorts directory while actively working on another two it will plan to add in the future. In addition to providing a handful of vacation options for RCI members on top of their three existing RCI properties, RCI will also assist Welk Resorts Platinum Points owners with exchange services and other technology solutions. Welk Resorts was recognized with high honors at the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) World 2017 convention and expo. ARDA awarded Welk Resorts, a leader in the vacation ownership and hospitality industry, two coveted awards including their ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Innovator Award and an award in the Management & Administration Division category.
